We visited Elisa after hearing it was named the best steakhouses in Vancouver, and it truly lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the ambiance, such a spacious, elegant setting with an incredible selection of wines and spirits. The four of us shared the seafood plateau, the 30oz Blue Dot ribeye, the lamb rack, and some amazing sides, especially the 3 times cooked fries! Service was warm and friendly, thanks to Chelsea. A fantastic night out!

Incredible dining experience. I went for my birthday with the family. Our waiter did an excellent job guiding us step by step through the me menu and picking the right food for our table. He did undersell the amount of steak we’d need and would’ve likely added 1-2 more as we did family style. Everything was incredibly well cooked, and highly recommended. Had a bunch of sides, Wagyu, multiple steaks, and would get everything again.

The restaurant offered a wide variety of beef options, including different origins and cuts. The two we tried were quite good. While I’ve had better steaks in Vancouver, this place definitely ranks among the top five. The salad was a delightful surprise—we ordered the kale salad and it was the best I’ve ever had! The risotto was just okay, though. The server was knowledgeable and friendly, which made our dining experience enjoyable. But it was a very expensive experience ! I would definitely go back!

My second visit to Elisa and it was even better than the first time. Every dish was exceptional. It was fresh, delicious and beautifully served. We ended our meal with the baked Alaska and it was to die for. Eduardo made our experience great.

After all the reviews, we also Finished off with the “ baked Alaska” for dessert, it was wonderful and fresh and unique . Todd served us and he was simply amazing. He helped us make our choices for the menu and was patient in explaining every question we had for him about the menu. He also guided us with a list of recommendation for the rest of our week.

Our first experience here for a retirement and birthday celebration was excellent. We came on the recommendation of a new family member who used to work here. Overall 5 stars but our table was by the wine glasses and there were constantly people coming behind us to reach for glasses so would be nice if we had a wee bit more space around our table. Service was very good, professional so a little cool; a warmer smile and maybe more eye contacts would earn an excellent rating from me next time. And yes, there will be a next time!

If you find yourself in Vancouver, a visit to Elisa is a must. The food is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. I had the pleasure of enjoying one of the best steaks I've ever tasted—the Black Angus Reserve striploin truly stole the show. It was perfectly complemented by truffle mac & cheese with broccoli and fries. To cap off the meal, I indulged in the delightful vanilla cheesecake.

We planned to visit this place a long time ago. The Interior is excellent. Staff and service, oh man, it's top-notch. It is a steak house, and they are doing it wonderfully. I am not a steak expert who recommends what to choose from steaks. Once you come here, their servers will explain everything in so much detail that you will no doubt choose the best one. But what I personally recommend is Beef Wellington and...earl grey martini 2.0 cocktail. It's delicious. Drinks, atmosphere, food - this place is one of our favorites now.
